I expect a further reduction in the attendance figure. I think this will be because

1) Shoreham Air Disaster has taken the causal supporter's mind away from football
2) Appalling trains and transport difficulties for the Forest and Bolton games (worst ever)
3) Two wins but no surfeit of goals

It could depend on the weather for the casuals and any publicity.

I hope I am wrong.

You really are a boring old fart

Me, I can't wait for next Saturday. A home game, a good crowd, we're on a decent run of form AND there's the likely prospect of hearing, for the first time in many years, Richard Reynolds uttering the words "Number twenty five: Bobbyyyy ZAMORRRRAAAAAAA!" in his match day squad reading.

Bobby Zee even may well come on and even score but correct me if I am wrong but the floppy haired legend does not do the goal announcements or substitutes, does he ?:rave:

Edit: The flopster may well do the squad announcements, sorry.

It would be nice if the club gave some tickets away to the people who had to deal with the aftermath of what happened at Shoreham

I think this may be happening (based on a chat I had with a close pal involved in the ongoing work). Will try to confirm but obviously a bit sensitive........

Unless this is something that's gone way over my head, I think the club are ahead of you on that score. I'm sure they announced a while ago that as well as Worthing Utd players, families and friends, they've invited members of the emergency services who had to deal with the tragedy.

It would have been in the article that said the Hull game would be dedicated to the victims

Deeply ironic statement.

Indeed coming from you however bear in mind he tried to derail The Amex with his inane thoughts.

Can't remember the last time I've felt this excited for a Brighton game.

Debating whether to come down on Saturday or not, it's doable in a day but involves a rail replacement bus on the way home and getting in just before 1am

I'm surprised that didn't come from the mouth of corbyn himself.

My nans died unexpectedly - can I get free tickets too?

Wow - thank god we've rarely had to put up with your posts !

I'll be there with my 3 young Scoffers. Added spice for us as the In-laws are all from Hull

Completely understand the travel issues - but it feels like it is going to be one of those days where you will look back and regret it if you're not there though doesn't it ? Notwithstanding our start and league position, it's so much more than a football match.
