Dial7 have quoted $60 flat-rate which seems ok.
Will still probably go for the bus as the station in Manhattan is about 5 minutes walk from my hotel.

We used Dial7 a few years ago - very reliable and good service.

Have flown in to Newark and JFK loads of times, almost always jump in a yellow cab. Newark is almost always much quicker than JFK to midtown, particularly to Times Square. Sunday night isn't usually too bad. A cab will cost up to $50 including tips and tolls in my experience and will take 30-40 mins, but the train is a cheaper option.

Avoid the taxi touts that roam the airport and will offer you cars as you walk out - they will rip you off.
