I have spent all morning trying to renew my Season Ticket and keep getting told that the service is unavailable and to try later. There is also a message saying that due to high activity, sessions will be limited to 30 minutes only. I know that as letters have just been received there are likely to be quite a few people trying but this doesn't bode well for the new arrangements if the system can't handle 1000 odd people buying a ticket - how will it cope with 22500 at Falmer? Is the plan to move the bulk of ticket purchases to the internet as this would make a lot of sense? If so, is it worth getting assurances from them that they have full scaling capabilities and can give us the same level of service they presumably give the likes of Liverpool given that this isn't a very auspicious start?
