Can't see it really, he's hard done much at anywhere he's been since he left the first time and anybody can see that with a halfway decent manager we would have been comfortably in the top half of the table.

I dont see why he should be awarded a job for a stint with us nearly 10 years ago, hes clearly a shadow of his former self and Port Vale would be making a large mistake in employing him

They wont be, I Reckon he will do well with them sure he was shit for us second stint but he still has a decent track record...

his last significant achievement was in 2003, taking leicester up with a shit load of money - both martin ling and john ward have far better records in the last 5 years, and if they appoint adams over one of those two it would be a LUDICROUS decision

Yes of course, that's exactly what I said.

Yes he did a shit job last season, but he doesn't deserve to have the piss ripped out of him for it. The man was hopelessly out of his depth but he didn't try to fail, believe it or not. I also see him as largely responsible for a lot of the success the club has had over the last 10 years.
