As it seem obvious we are getting new keeper, was wondering if anyones knows anything.Personally i would love to see Nicky Weaver if he is free of injury.

No ta, too injury prone makes too many mistakes Charlton fans dislike him. But then again if he ends up here and is quality I have the right to take everything I have just written back

Mark Bosnich?

very interesting, heard that he wants to come back to england,37 not to old for keeper and i doubt he would demand huge wages.suppose to be talking to norwich, but i would imagine brighton would be more attractive place to be for him,if he is off the charlie..

We need to sign one before the start of the season, as we will not do well with what we got.

We do need to sign a keeper, but Kuipers deserves far more respect than you are giving him...

B.W. - Surely it's time to update your sig now?

Too true... we now have a chairman with the financial clout we need...

How is what he said not showing respect? its true

Well, that is a matter of opinion and so, by definition, neither true nor false... Kuipers has been a great servant to the club over many, many seasons... last season wasn't his best, but results certainly picked-up with him in goal, and I trust Russell's opinion, and that of Godden (sp.), more than yours or PS's... TBH, I'm sick of the rose-tinted "Sullivan was great" opinion of many on here... he was average, has potential, and will no doubt be Millwall's 2nd or 3rd choice keeper... good luck to him and all that, but I am more concerned with our club...

we need to sign a top notch goalie as competition for FDM.

Yeah, but there's no room for sentiment in football anymore.

Whilst FDM lives on in my memory as a true legend, we can do better and personally I wouldn't want him to out stay his welcome (as No. 1) and tarnish those memories.

RS will sign a Big keeper, not as competition, but as his No. 1.

Also, I believe if Sullivan had a year left on his contract and FDM was out of contract, that he would have kept Sully and sacked-off FDM. Unfortunately for Sully it was he who was out of contract.

I really don't see what was wrong with the Sullivan and Kuipers partnership. They both got on very well, Sullivan was getting better and competing with Kuipers and both are well equipped to play at this level.

We have to remember there was a very shoddy and unorganized defense in front of Kuipers last year and really we only need a back up, personally I would have kept Sullivan.

Check Sullivans record. It was pretty poor.
