The Championship.
The FA said that if we were not to reach the final 16, Fabio Capello will possibly resign.

So who do you think would become the new boss to hopefully lead us to Euro 2012 glory?

Do you think it will be a foreign manager or English? :vuvueng:

I would want an English manager next.
So someone like Hodgson or Pearce.

Why would anyone want to manager the unmanagable? If the players dont like the system it seems they would just sulk.

Agree and a country that has decided you are sacked when you have had 2 poor world cup performances and are still in with a shout of qualifying for the knockout stages.

Said it before, and this is football so therefore don't rule anything in or out. Beckham maybe even just short term.

Thoroughly agree.

Also, totally unnecessary comment from the FA. Piles pressure on an already high pressure situation. Smacks of defeatism.

I've not given up hope yet.

The bloke who should have got it in the first place but spookily enough a story breaks about alleged tax man problems at the same time and as usual the FA make a f*** up .... Step forward Harry Redknapp

no thats not right. some media are suggesting the FA are worried that he might do. we dont know if anyone in the FA actually thinks this will happen (who walks from £6m? ).

you miss the point: the FA haven't said anything of the sort. The BBC, sky, The Times or whoever might be circulating the story, but theres no source.

Hodgson - but i don't think he will take it and as there are a real lack of quality English managers, i think we would be better of with another foreign manager if Hodgson won't take it.

Well maybe i have got it wrong but i was watching BBC 1 and thats when they said about it.

The whole point of this thread is who if it comes to it would you want as a manager?
