On now. Sounds interesting.

DOCUMENTARY: Dom Joly's Complainers
Channel: five 105
Date: Monday 14th April 2008
Time: 22:00 to 23:05
Duration: 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Comedian Dom Joly and a crack team of 'complainers' set about tackling the myriad irritations of modern life. Dom wages a one-man war against CCTV. He travels to Coventry to see some 'talking cameras', finds out why a virtually crime-free town in Devon needs expensive surveillance equipment and tries to reclaim his image from the people who are watching him. Plus, a wheel clamper is clamped; some cheeky builders get their comeuppance; and restaurant diners are pushed to their wits' end.

It had better be a damned site better than that piss poor "Dom Joly's Happy Hour" he did for Sky.

That was gut-wrenchingly terrible

If it was on Channel Five then you are guaranteed several repeats if not on the main channel then on one of its offspring (Five US or Five Life)

Reasonably amusing - best was the clamping van they set up that was going round clamping other clampers.

However - major problem with the programme is that it's obviously been made on a tight budget and looks "cheap"

It had it's moments.
The Tranny flashing the builders was quite amusing

saw one scene and had to turn it off immediately. seeing how far a couple f***ing about in a restaurant next to some 'unsuspecting customers' can push their patience is not my idea of entertaining telly. load of toss.

He isn't pleased with it according to the papers.

He wanted another comedy show but Five wanted to turn it into a comsumer programme.

What you get is something in between that looks a bit of a mess.

I thinks he's right.
