There will be new larger, longer digital signage at the Amex replacing all the current community stadium nonsense. I saw the planning application somewhere and it ties in with the change of name.
Has anyone been there recently and can supply photos?
Or any photos of the exclusive tunnel club?

It is being done before the new season so would expect to see a few scaffold towers or cherry pickers (shame big Dan Burn left as he could have helped here)

basically I miss lobster cam and need an Amex fix - I watch daily videos of the Anfield stand being built but its not enough stadium porn for me.

One of the benefits of moving from the West Stand to the East Stand is not having to see these on the side of the pitch. Some of the ads can be quite distracting and there is only so many times that I want to be told to seek hair replacement surgery in Turkey (albeit I need it! )

I assumed the OP was talking about exterior signs as they need planning permission. Agree about the hoardings inside - very distracting. The worst now are the ones that appear to be double height on TV, when it’s actually two separate rows. And there some that flash (Newcastle I think) which really ought to be banned.

Reckon it would be a nice touch to welcome our football tourists with signage in their own language (Spanish, Japanese etc). Would also be a nice touch to reinstate real-time train times on the concourses for the benefit of all. Might knock thruppence off the bottom line tho, so I guess it's probably a non-starter

The view isnt virtually the same at all.

Your backdrop to the action is now The West Stand, which means your view is actually now considerably better.
