Shall we start the squabble about how the votes are counted?

Just say (for the sake of illustrating the point) that the votes came out like this:-

Kit 1 150 votes
Kit 2 100 votes
Kit 3 200 votes
Kit 4 250 votes
Kit 5 150 votes
Kit 6 100 votes

Presumably Kit 4 would be declared the winner and the new away kit would be green with black stripes.

BUT ... the maroon colour would have received 500 votes in total, and the green & black would only have 450 votes for it - meaning that MOST people want maroon.

The options with the Club badge on them would have received 500 votes and the pregnant seagull would have had 450 - meaning that MOST people want to see the Club badge.

So with MOST people agreeing that we want maroon and the Club badge, what do we get? Green & black & the seagull.

Hmmm.

i have been banging on about a green and black striped away strip for months,i even used the ask the club format to push for it.
we had a green and black away kit in the 70's and the silk scarfs were very popular and looked the dogs bollocks.so it has a bit of history behind it.

the idea i pushed for is a very dark green stripe(in the same way that the red stripes on the red/black shirt were very dark) i believe that this shirt will sell in massive(for a championship club) numbers and be so popular that we could shift even more than the famous and lamented red and black,
