can't believe there is a poll on here asking did they want albion 2 lose last nite so we got a new manager ! i find that unbelivable.i wanted mcghee out but never did it come into my mind i wanted us to lose i just thought we needed a fresh approach and ideas but always went and got behind the team.

thats after standing there in disbelief at some of the abuse given to our young players last nite do people want to encourage these youngsters to look else where? they have already probably driven hendo out.they are kids playing against an experienced yreovil side on there home patch learning about the game.ok we've been spoilt by the performances earlier this season of tiny cox and joel but that doesn't mean they are all gonna take to it so well some kids take time like fraser is.seen tommy play plenty of times he's a good player and im sure he will prove this in time but he looks out of place at the moment but it aint gonna do him any good abusing him.those lads playing football outside the away end were the perfect example got on there backs the slightest mistake.

i couldn't believe the team got booed of at both half and full time who the f*** do you lot want in charge wenger or benitez? how about getting behind the team? i said when mcghee went lets give him 10 games and see how wendy does.even when there was a clamour for appointing him after the o's win i still said whats the rush and just cos we've had a couple of defeats lets see how he does over the next few games.im not saying he is the answer but what is the rush to appoint some1 unless we get pushed in to a relegation battle? we ain't going up and don't think we are going down lets give him a bit of time to get his ideas over to the players.so far we've played to games a week since he took over lets see what happens when he has got a week to get his ideas over and work with the players.

i've only read page 1 of the thread sack wilkins or what ever it's called can't bring myself to read it to embarrased.what made me laugh is it was started while the carslie game was on so these so called fans weren't even at the game.now i know it's a long way and people have commitments but my piont is how can you have a opinion on a game you weren't at? algie how many of these wilkins/white games have you been 2? you seem to be on a personal crusade to get rid of him and this was before he lost a game cos surely you can't be including the southend game? who do you want 2 bring in cos i'v not heard 1 name yet that doesn't feel me with concern

There's an umployed manager working for sky, Has got teams out of this league at every time of asking and he is commited and loyal.

Scottish bloke, nice fella. Was hounded out of his last club despite getting them to their highest league finish in about 15 years.

Cant remember his name though.

some fair points but every1 is entitled to there opinion i booed the team off at half time at carlisle and i only went from huddersfield if i had gone from brighton i would have been even more ashamed such simple things in that game wernt done and some players just didnt look like they gave a toss about the shirt in cases like that i think people have every right to show anger but not just ripping it out of players for the sake of it no.

Shame the board used fan power as an excuse to get rid of him too, they have now set a precedent for our slide down the division/s due to their lack of funding. When will the fans turn on them?

Only a matter of time. MM was the scape goat, I actually felt confident we could finish mid table with MM and im now concerned we are going to be fighting relegation again.

You're making a simple mistake, a golden rule of NSC is that you have the right to demand the sacking of any player, manager, chairman, tea boy but you do not have to suggest an alternative, not even a stupid one.

MM would have kept us bubbling around midtable, edge of playoffs without a doubt imo. Not good enough though was it?

If you cannot get your head around the fact that McGhee has gone, whether you feel it was rightly or wrongly is not the point - the point is he HAS gone, and refuse to move on from it, go and get some help. The rest of us are looking forward, albeit with a certain sense of nervousness, but looking forward nonetheless.

McGhee is now part of the past.

I was of a similar mind on MM, however I heard a few things that made his position untenable, nothing to bad but when added together made his exit inevitable.

Is that the bloke who got the club promoted in his first season, kept the club up in the championship when no one had done before, turned down offers from bigger clubs because he was committed to the Albion and was loyal , took the team down but with having to sell very single player of any worth or value, having no ground or facilities and no real money for wages or transers and then was 10 seconds away from 3 wins out of 3 and a cup win and was then sacked after 7 games for a youth team manager who has now lost 3 in a row and counting ???
