need some help from NSC

Calling all mobile phone boffs.

Does anyone know or recommend a good mobile phone? I quite liked the Sony Ericsson T610 but Chappers thinks it is rubbish? I reckon a camera jobby is the way forward, but I don't really have a clue

As I'm asking quite a geeky question I thought I'd throw in a fit bird to attract the punters, but please can anyone help.

I had some Sony Ericsson thing as my replacement phone when all my stuff got nicked a few weeks back.

It is, without doubt, the most infuriating device I have ever had the misfortune to use. There was a huge delay when pressing any button - almost as if the software is just too much for the processor inside. And the thing just not intuitive to use like a Nokia.

Today, I returned the Sony to our telecoms people and have taken on a Nokia 8310 - not flash, but small and does the job very well.

Thanks Bozza, not what I wanted to hear I nearly got that phone at lunch. I thought the ericsson was good until until you and chappers piped up.......back to square one.

NEVER stray from nokia. havent got a camera phone though but the 6310 is superb.

No you lizard I've got that charity cup on friday (you better come). Will be free on sat but not sure I want to go for a mince up....are you sure?

I have a T68I only because I need a Tri-Band. It's a neat little machine but is anything but user friendly for texting. Having said that it has both Blue Tooth and Infra Red so I can update date on my PCs and PDA (very anoraky I know).

stuff it, think I'll just buy disposable cameras for drunk moments. Only problem is pocket overload.
