Hi guys,
I've been looking into organising some social footy down at the Waterhall pitches. I've got a group of around 10-15 people who want to play, however this number will not be that large every week, so wondering if any people on here would want to join in?
I might be able to get the pitch by THIS Thursday. However, if I don't, it should be by next Thursday onwards. The time can't be changed as its the only slot left. And the cost will vary from between £3-£4, depending on numbers. Any leftover money will be used to buy new footballs/help pay for people who forget their money.
The quality will be varied, so don't worry if you think you're too good/bad, as this is just for a bit of fun and to improve fitness. We are all around early/mid twenties, but again, it doesn't matter on your age/fitness, this is just social....
Have no fear about feeling out of place either. Its a mix of people, so some people don't know each other, and I'll make sure there's an introduction at the first meet up, and for any newbies that turn up later.
I'm organising this using facebook, so if you're interested, pop me a pm with your email address and I'll look to add you into the group.
