Just got my Son an Xbox One with a digital FIFA 16. We have EA Access with a down load and we keep getting a message about selecting a different profile, help WTF is happening, I really just want to sort it PLEASE!

Has it been released yet? I thought it was 24th? May be the reason the download isn't working yet.

Good point, but it's available if you've bought a new XBox One via an EA Membership from yesterday. It just keeps asking for confirmation of profile, been trying for two hours sure it's something v simple

It's the logging in to EA Access that's the big problem, we have a 25 digit code to get FIFA 16

I believe you was able to play FIFA for 24 hours and then you will be able to download the game but will be unable to play it properly until release day
