What a joke!!for the last 2 days trying to book tickets online for a trip to london this weekend.. failing each time due to a problem at there end! i needed to do this online beacuse i cant get to the station before i go. since yesterday the exact tickets have almost doubled in price, so when i called them to ask why and try and sort it out i end up speaking to raj in a call center in india who, 'is very sorry but is unable to help'. Is it me or do i have a a right to be a bit f***ed off?
