Both have proven themselves overseas.

IMO both have been restricted by the Welsh clown Nathan Jones !

Why didn't both bring in their own assistants ?

People that they trust, people that they can learn from ?

Jones isn't the man to take us forward, we've had and got a high profile manager/head coach but both have been lumbered with an inexperienced number two.

Sort that out and we will flourish

I'm still amazed that Jones has so many detractors. There appears to be little evidence to suggest he is good or bad at his role.

He's the assistant manager and a very very inexperienced one....We don't win games and he's to blame as much as Hyypia.You can't keep blaming everything on hyypia as Jones and burk etc all are to blame for our poor form in some sort of way.

When you keep the same assistant manager two seasons running you no something's wrong,just doesn't happen at clubs.For a club gunning for the prem we need a much better assistant than Jones

Sammy wanted his own no 2 when he came here and stated this,fat sam blew us out and went to southampton and as per usual the club took the cheap option with Jones yet again.
