Wednesday's meeting at Wetherby has been abandoned due to frost.

Temperatures went down to minus four overnight but an initial inspection at 7.30am proved inconclusive.

Officials then walked the track at 9.30am but conditions had not improved.

Tim Betteridge, chief executive at the track, said: "We have had to abandon. The frost is just not moving and there's been little improvement in the last couple of hours."
