No, I rarely read NSC, it's a pretty awful place, that was the reason why we both left it, remember? (Well, in my case it was more the awful moderating.)

I don't wish to say anything bad about individuals but really on past form Mendoza is hardly a reliable witness even by the desperate standards of NSC. It looks like he got the thread title wrong from a hasty reading of the Argus article.

He seems to have become far more reasonable and polite in his posts, even if it feels a little forced and his tone still grates. He certainly pursued the idea of intelligent debate, shame his attitude and arrogance often got in the way.
