Name the home games that you think we've played well in since the Amex.

Just trying to get a sense of perspective.

I meet quite a lot of people in my job and after business the subject of football tends to come up. More often then not I hear that people have been to the Amex but have been so disappointed with the football that they haven't bought a season ticket.

Obviously there are the long-term supporters on the other side who recognise that it is a massive improvement on previous years.

For example I loved the first game against Doncaster but we certainly didn't play well.

Take the cup games against Premier League opposition away and there might not be many others you can name.

I don't tend to remember how well we played as much as how much I enjoyed the game. I remember enjoying:

2011/12
Doncaster, Blackpool, Peterborough, Leeds, Burnley, Southampton

2012/13
Cardiff, Barnsley, Sheff Wed, Leeds, Bolton, Huddersfield, Palace, Blackpool

2013/14
Burnley, Leicester,

First season at the Amex - still challenging for a play off place up until last few games of the season.
Second season at the Amex - make the play offs
Half way through the third season - still in with a shout of the play offs

Not bad IMO, not a relegation battle in sight !!

Much prefer to be an Albion fan in the championship than at least a dozen others !

We've come along way in a short time.

Rome wasn't built in a day, especially when you change builders !!

We dominated most home matches last season and the only match I remember us getting outplayed in was the defeat to Watford just after Christmas.

Tho we didn't win (1-1), I thought we were very good against Blackburn last season, hit the woodwork three times in the first half, they had one shot on target in the 96th minute and scored, and where 6 minutes came from i don't know

No we haven't. We will be 15 points away by March. Face facts!

So it's starting to look like we only play well in about a quarter of our home league games.

That's not great, is it? Especially as we've been in the top third of the division.
