Instead encourage her.

We can't all support one team. A football fan is a football fan regardless of which team they support. It's about time the idiots realised that we are all part of a fraternity. We have to stick together (unless we are playing against one another in a match and then, and only then, are the other teams' supporters not on our side).

There are too many 'patrons' of football investing alot of money at the moment because football is the in thing of the day. Football will go out of fashion and, by Christ, we'll need one another then if our beloved game doesn't end up on the scrap heap.
