1984 - George Orwell?

Incidentally a mate made me watch equilibrium last night which was pretty much a shit film verion of 1984. Don't watch it, i fell asleep after 30 minutes.

I was off and out of town after that post! I thought I'd leave it hanging for a while in the that hope someone would realise I'm not just a fan of some cacky reality TV show!

While we're on the dystopian novel theme, anyone who liked 1984 should, if you haven't already, hunt down We by Yevgeny Zamyatin. It's excellent, and on first reading I actuially enjoyed it more than Orwell's novel. Blimey - it's gone three in the morning and here I am on NSC giving book reviews! I really should get some sleep!
