The latest thing to piss me off today is when I make a phone call at home its dialling all old school, you know when you get the clicks like when you had to turn the dial.

Not handy when I've had the tax office on redial all day, why's it doing that then?

Somewhere on the phone there is possibly a Tone/Pulse dialing option, or more often a switch, flick it the other way, and hey presto, sorted.

I have just had a similarly GARGANTUAN bill for 60-odd quid and the sum total of calls made? A measely £3.26!

Bloody disgrace. I think I am going to WRITE to them otherwise I fear that my complaining phone call may cost me in the region of £10 billion.
