Does classical music count ? I find nothing better in times of stress and trauma then to put on my Classic FM relaxing classics CD's....about 5 hours of wonderful piano concertos, males choirs and stirring strings.

My wife then comes in and says "what you listening to this shit for ? " to which i reply, "if i don't listen to this "shit" my sweetness, i'll end up punching your f***ing lights out"

I then take deep breaths whilst muttering the phrase "in with anger, out with love"
