Hmmm - I'm 38 and this month will be seeing

Shostakovich's 4th symphony at the Barbican tmrw night

Clap Your Hands Say Yeah at Koko next week

Editors at Astoria towards end of month

Last year I did (amongst others) Glastonbury, 2 operas at Covent Garden, 5 Prom concerts, Goldfrapp, Saint Etienne, Franz Ferdinand.

Think safe to say ALL music works for me so long as there's some quality about it.....

Hmmm, don't think I'll manage that one! Enjoy.

I think I will. I have a feeling that it is their first gig since the album was released, but I'm still trying to confirm that. (Edit - nope, a couple of gigs back in 2005.)

Seeing as how the album has a different guest vocalist for almost every track, it will be interesting to see what happens live.

I like the modern stuff. i.e Arctic Monkeys + so on. But i dont mind listening to the oldern stuff like Madness or Specials unless my dad is signing to them on the way home. But im more for the bands who dont get recoreds played on radios or who are just breaking through, i.e The Automatic and Test Icicles.

Most radio is a farce... they are forced to play a contrived playlist, which doesn't account for taste. More Music Variety my arse...
