I've been there a few times for my f**ked knee and they've always been great. Very efficient and appointments run on time.
And then a nip into the club shop afterwards, just for a bit of a browse or more....

Not that I’m a bog watcher but there is usually someone standing at a urinal and also looking at their phone when I’ve been in any gents toilet at the Amex, odd behaviour IMO.
