How did people on here think he performed.

IMHO he was the best we have had this season didnt get one decision wrong. In my eyes the only thing was he could have booked Sharp earlier but he gave him a chance.

He missed Beckford kicking out at El Abd - he'd surely have walked if that had been spotted.

Good game under a lot of pressure from the Scunthorpe players every time they felt they should have had a free kick, or objected to the ones we did get.

Good decision to book Billy "the idiot" Sharp for ironic applause when he was awarded a free kick

I thought the foul on Gatting deserved a straight red, it could have broken his leg!

Got most things right but I did think he stopped the game more than he needed to but maybe I was still past my best from the night before.

Although he did stop the game when their winger set off like a train down the wing for a fould by O'Gooner I think it was.

BTW anyone else notice he was going to book O'Gooner twice before he realised he had already booked him and just gave him a lecture.

A very good referee, definitely the best this season. Every time I thought (and shouted) that it was a booking, he got a card out - unusually good judgement.

Yes I thought that that was excellent as he obviously realised that he had booked him and that partixcular foul did not warrant getting sent off. I wonder how many other would have done the same.

Do the premiership ref and assistants work as a team as I noticed that they all had the same tops on so perhaps they always worked together and did anybody notice if he had his earpiece mike in.

If he didn't then he was talking to himself a lot!

This left me wondering why should this only apply to Premiership refs why can't the Football League do a spnsorship deal with whoever provides the air time for these earpieces so that ALL refs and lineman have them and just insist that each official has one of the same make and type as part of their every match kit.

Could have booked El abd as well.

He was one of the better ones but missed a clear pen in the 2nd half when Lynch clattered their player in our area as he was going away from goal.
