It seems so, as I was automatically added to it, having been in last year's.

Not sure if anyone has published the code for newbies to join, though.

I also wanted Elliott in my team and was surprised that he wasn't listed.

Have gone for Hoolahan intead - i think he was their best midfielder last year - and is cheap - like Adams for Blackpool last year.
