Moving seat confusion?

The club sent me an e-mail last week saying I would be contacted about moving seats on the 18th but the e-mail sent yesturday regarding season tickets for next season stated that all moves had to be done by the 15th. Does anyone know what's going on

You need to register your intent to move by 15th.

I am aware of the situation, its gives the impression that it needs do be done by the 15th not just registering, but thanks anyhow
