Gutted that I drove past Norton Canes without stopping yesterday.
Used to use M6 toll and stopped there twice. It was deserted like a ghost town. Only one person on till. Being on a road you have to pay for I'm not surprised it's come out on top hardly anybody to make it dirty.

Can't find the detail, but apparently even if a respondent said they were "fairly satisfied" (ie not very), they're grouped in the "satisfied" rating - hence very high satisfaction ratings, right up to 100%.

Cheeky.

M6 toll have Best disabled toilets by a mile. They have privacy curtains, ceiling tracked hoists, height adjustable sinks, changing table, and space to manoeuvre wheelchair. Was blown away. Went to find duty manager to thank them. Made it so much easier for me and my son.

Pease Pottage was joint second in the list, with 99% favourable ratings :lolol:

Absolute dump: no idea who's voted for it.
