The current/ outgoing lady pevenseagull has been caught washing jars and tins for recycling in a dishwasher

I have suggested that the energy wasted by this practice probably outweighs the saving to the environment from recycling

She disagrees

I suggest a quick rinse in cold water is sufficient

I suggest we let it rest as she's probably right

She disagrees and says I back down to easily

She finds my faliure to back down disagreeable

We're not talking anymore and I can't be arsed to do anything about it
