Seeing as you started with CMS, when was the last time Scotland named a Brighton player in their team?

Gordon Smith? Neil McNab? did either actually play for Scotland while at Brighton? Did either actually play for Scotland at all?

Virgo only got in the B-side, so over to those that know?

I wonder if he'll suddenly change his tune on Saturday when Football Focus comes live from Falmer. Glory hunter
I can imagine
Dan: you played for Brighton didn't you Mark
Mark: yes, great memories blah blah blah blah blah

Yes, but Lawrenson will never admit he was a Brighton player.

Is this a bit of an urban myth, as I've only ever heard him say positive things about his time with the club over the past few years?

Don't know the stats but Danny Wilson and Eric Young must have got a reasonable number of caps while with us?

I was surprised to see the post that Gerry Ryan wasn't the most capped whilst playing for us, although I do recall Steve Penney had a good run for NI.

An interesting follow up question would be if anyone apart from Steve Foster played in the World Cup finals (not qualifying rounds) whilst an Albion player?

Anybody mentioned Gerry Armstrong and although he didn't play for England during his spell here there's also the first Bobby Smith.

Christ, Mickey Thomas played five times for Wales whilst with the Albion! Not bad considering how useless he was with us.

Great work mate, and a very tidy way of bringing it back to my initial post, even if Gerry Ryan only drew!

The History Man never fails us.

Well played BHACHS.

(But Kit Napier should have got at least twenty caps)
