Sounds fair enough to me

Apart from the terminal decline, that is bollocks imo

I watched a small amount of Utd Norwich, whenever that was.

At one point, Norwich played 3 or 4 fast passes from the edge of their box to Utd's.(then f**ked it up).

The thought of us scoring another Jamie Murphy type goal, ever again, seems almost impossible.

Moribund by a thousand passes.

Brighton factually.....
Moribund: (of a thing) in terminal decline; lacking vitality or vigour.

Can't argue with that.

hmmm

Can you, it is just shocking to see us described as in terminal decline though.
Last minute goals have kept us chipper and optimistic though, a defeat on Saturday and Boxing day, then away games at Chelsea, Everton, field a weak team in the cup and an exit, before you know it Palace come knocking and do what they do, we could well be in a whole heap of trouble....

Maybe things are setting us up for that team that nosedives....

So much promise at the start of the season, were they all false results ?

Oh I hate this time of year.

I'm remaining glass half-full, but Burnley we should have been 3 down at the break, similar at Brentford.

We used a fair portion of luck up in some of those early games, hence the laughable chants of European Tours (COVID allowing).

Seems a perfectly accurate description to me. Think some are being a bit over-sensitive with the criticism, we 100% deserve it.

Leicester had at least one good goal ruled out for offside, and maybe could have gone on to win it.
