Farting in someone’s face is hilarious. I’ve done it & had it done to me. Gino di Campo did it to Gordon Ramsey on telly last night.
If it’s mates mucking about it’s fine. If a person at work has been singled out for harassment and isn’t enjoying the mucking about it’s not so fine.
If you’re gonna raise the stakes and claim racism you need to be certain that was the intention of the face farter. We all saw how Bong & Rodriguez were left wanting after inconclusive FA findings.

It sounds like he has a good case. It's certainly bullying, and then it's a case of trying to figure out if he was targeted because of his race.
