Given the money involved these days do you think football is being used as a tool for money laundering?

Sure it has.

And even if this Neymar deal is not that - and no evidence to suggest it is - then it is something else that doesn't smell too good. It appears to be state involvement in football (albeit neither of the countries where the clubs involved are based), and Fifa are very strongly against that in many other contexts.

It is unlikely to be Laundered Money coming from Qatar - Simply because it is all State Money coming from the Qatari Royal Family which is earned from the sale of oil. - None of the population in Qatar are required to pay taxes since all services are State Funded. So if there is no tax payable in the country of origin the it cannot really be deemed to be ''Dirty Money''

Crawley definitely are/ have been money laundering, heard it from someone who works for the governent, another team in north west apparently although it has completely escaped me as to who it was
