He was bought for the long run and think he'll do a good job. He is keen and eager to learn. It would be interesting to see how he plays alongside a target man.

just taking him out the spotlight while he gets use to england shown plenty of promise and he'll be back when mm feels the time is right

Trust McGhee's judgement.
Molango will be a useful acquisition given time. OK he's not quite found his feet yet at this level, but give the guy a chance. He's got a lot of skill on the ball, a good turn of pace, and he can finish. He needs more time to settle, but he's with a damn fine manager who will get the best out of him, but it won't happen overnight.

totally agree. he has been given a taste of english football, he will learn more in the reserves then bring him back a better molango than ever. :clap2:
i think he will be good soon, knight keeps getting taken off. i can see molango being knights long term replacement. i think it is a 3 year contract he has.

i think he will be a great investment given time.

Couldn't agree more - Knight is a passenger at the moment I'd like to see him for once role up his sleeves and work harder.

He is going to be in for a rude awakening very soon because MM isn't going to put up with him for much longer. Time for a spell on the bench and if he gets pissed off-too f**king bad. We can't afford one passenger this season and last season's goals are this season's history lesson.

Shape up Leon or you'll be playing midweek games in Worthing very soon. I'd rather have Molango out there trying hard but being somewhat ineffective-at least he puts in the required effort.

I thought Knight did OK today. He didn't get the ball a great deal but looked fairly effective when he did. I was surprised when he was taken off, but we ended up with a point so I'm happy to leave the decisions to MM

Someone on the phone-in yesterday suggested loaning him out for a few months (Orient, Cambridge, etc.). This would be good as it would give him some first team games while allowing him to find his feet in England.

Molango will come good... he has the pace, the skill, and can finish... he is just a bit of a light weight at the mo'...

I'd like to think our support for young players can last longer than 12 seconds
