[Albion] Mobile tickets - Apple wallet

Need some help please - probably something really basic I’m doing wrong but I can’t seem to download my tickets to my Apple wallet. My other half has downloaded hers fine from the confirmation email but when I click the link for mine and the kids, it just doesn’t do anything?

I’ve checked the settings on hers and my phone and I can’t see any difference. Anyone else had this problem who can help?

I had a similar problem - try copying and pasting the link or downloading it from your profile on the ticketing page when you sign in

Is it something like press and hold? Save as PDF?
