Christ after yesterday's paring of Ince and crofts I would like caskey back sharpish !
How long is Stephens out for ? Or will he be back for Reading ?
If it's longer term, then JFC must come back to us.
Ha...It was like all those duffers on here who thought we would get 3 or more million for Barn Door Barnes.......JFC would go for 250k plus add ons I reckon.
Presumably JFC is now back at the albion, or has there been an announcement about his loan being extended ?
I think these short term loans are technically the entire 3 months in duration on paper, but the clubs announce one month as after 28 days they can recall if they want too so it keeps options open. So I suspect he'll stay at MK for the moment until a decision is made.
Why is it that when one of our squad who is not a regular 1st teamer and is disliked by some of NSC 's finest, that as soon as a transfer is mentioned we get 'I'll drive him there myself' attitude. I'll admit that he is not always 7 or 8 out of 10 but the management think highly of him (so I am told). He is still a youngster so has time on his side to improve. I say don't get rid, keep.
2 millionOf the three vehemently anti-JFC posters on this thread, one wants us to sell him for an amount patently less than what he is worth, another doesn't understand the impact that having less than a year on a contract has on a transfer price and another doesn't know what division MK Dons are in.
We're in a nice spot here, whereby I suspect JFC's perceived value is greater than his current value to us. We don't need to sell but the right offer might be tempting. I reckon that right offer is around £2m + add ons. The more experience he is getting at this level, the better for us, I really don't see what the rush is.
2 million.?....get a grip sunshine.... £250-350k.....more realistic.Of the three vehemently anti-JFC posters on this thread, one wants us to sell him for an amount patently less than what he is worth, another doesn't understand the impact that having less than a year on a contract has on a transfer price and another doesn't know what division MK Dons are in.
