By his standards he was extremely poor lastnight. Did one of his crosses actually reach one of ours always seemed to be intercepted

Made many mistakes last night but was easily the only attacking player that looked any threat

In my own strange world
I have worked for a Japanese company and had Japanese work colleagues/friends, they take any kind of underachieving very personally and want to correct any self criticism immediately, I think he went out there early and alone because he wanted to focus himself and prove he can do better. He wanted to get on with it and put right a disappointing performance.

He was given loads of space. They weren't worried about him beating a full back as they knew the low block would stop him finding a colleague.

We'll need to come up with a new plan to counter this.
