Missing Top-up money

I loaded 40 on my smartcard and used that over the 2 home games. I've got the 10% back immediately on my statement. However for my last transaction, at halftime in the Barnsley game, I have had no 10% top up. Is this normal? Will it come through eventually? Or do I need to contact the club?
It's not alot of money, only £1.37, but if this happens all the time, then it's not 10% cashback.

It has taken about 10 days on rare occasions to show on mine in the past. At the the beginning of last season, there was some teething trouble in one area of the ground.

If it doesn't, email customer services (think it's customerservices[MENTION=3501]Seagulls[/MENTION].co.uk, but check). I did and they were very helpful.

I put £20 online on my card the Thursday before the Barnsley game and when I got to the till the £20 wasn't showing on my balance. I'm going to wait to see what the balance is on the Sheff W game and take it from there, hopefully just a few gremlins in the system. I know the dollar has been taken as my bank account shows it has gone.
