Victor Bhanerjee's notebook
I know we have had many threads but I cannot recall one for soemtime so here goes.

Heard on the way in to work this morning from Year of the cat - Al Stewart

"On the bus I'm a tourist's cigar"

instead of

"And the bus and the tourists are gone"

Any other offerings?

"WAR - coupled with a mince pie"
instead of
"WAR - coupled with a mans pride"

:dunce:

Actual - "My world crumbles when you are not here"

Sounds like - "I wore goggles when you are not here"

When my Mum was a teacher at Moulscombe the kids used to sing
"Stand on your dinner, your monkey is a lie!"

Can you guess what that should have been? I'll post the answer later if anyone can be arsed to guess.

Well that didn't take long! Yes, "Stand and deliver your money or your life!"

In a pile of football shirts
I can see you, your bra strap's shining in the sun.

Not sure what it really says though.
