Millwall - pay on the day

When I got my ticket on Wednesday they said they only had a couple of hundred left so I would doubt it.

Phone the Millwall ticket office, now they've opened up the lower I can't see it selling out, so should be unless there's any OB issues

I was thinking about the lower tier, the Den is always half empty. Would seem silly not to give us more tickets if we sell out.

Rang Millwall at 9.55 this morning and a very helpful bloke said that tickets on the day was possible. I am going from Godalming on the strength of that!

If both tiers are open there must be 3000 fans going up if it's sold out surely

Very helpful lady in the millwall ticket office this morning told me to call back this afternoon when they knew what albion were returning as they were not sure if Albion had already sold 3,000. I did so and she confirmed that it is pay on the gate.

Without wishing to be cynical but someone makes a £2 booking charge if you buy through the albion on the phone and so albion might be keen that people buy through them.

However millwall confirmed to me this afternoon that its pay on the gate. Also its pay on the gate in the home end as well so as usual, despite the drama its no bother to get in, as it is everywhere except Brighton which is the only championship ground to sell out

Costs more to buy on the gate though. £2.00 extra to the Albion, or £2.00 extra to Millwall. Your choice I guess.

If it is POTG you might need to show ID to prove you're not 'Wall trying to get into the away end.
