Playing on a treadmill and she got tangled up in the cord. 4 years old =(

No age to die at all. Just tragic.

very sad indeed, but wtf was she doing being allowed near a treadmill, that young?

Treadmills don't have a reputation of killing people and the controls would have been too high for her to touch, probably a trailing cable from one of the gauges.
Tragic freak accident, my condolences.
