Midfields a joke

I like Dicker and Crofts. They are solid and both put in a shift without being spectacular.

As much as I'd like a good partnership in midfield with one creative man and one workhorse, I realise how difficult it is to find a decent creative midfielder. I'm happy with two workhorses in the centre and leave the creative stuff to the widemen. At least we don't get over-run anymore, like we did last season, at this level that has to be the priority.

Why moan about Dicker and Crofts when our other options are Navarro and Thornhill, both of who have been pretty woeful.

I think they are pretty good together, so why break it up. It would probably be twice s effective if we could manage to keep everyone on the pitch for 94 minutes

Thornhill was a disgrace, rarely made a decent pass when on the pitch

That's a bit harsh mate! He hasn't made the impact we hoped he would but he hasn't had an abundance of chances. I would like to see him start on Tuesday.

Andrew Crofts is to midfield play what Peter Sutcliffe is to the northern prostitution industry. I pointed it out on August 8th and look forward to the day everyone takes their heads out the sand and realises it too. Fraser Mk II.

Once you have made your mind up about a player there's simply no chance for them is there? Don't get me wrong, Crofts is a very ordinary player but your obsession with him is pathetic. There's been far worse than him this season.
