He's a legend mate and you know my feelings on the matter as we have discussed it in length, but the time for looking in the past at his previous successes is over.
For some reason Mickey has lost the golden touch he once had and he has to go or we WILL go down.

I can only assume its a mantle given to him by younger fans who have not experienced any success and so have nothing to judge him by.
If you can achieve legendary status by doing just over 2 years as manager, winning the bottom division title and then leaving for pastures new, with the job unfinished, then there is a whole list of candidates from BHA history who qualify for this title.
You are making yourselves look very silly with this description and putting the man up on a pedestal means that he has a longer way to fall when failure comes knocking at his door.

I'm sure there will already be plenty of current CV's at the club so no need to advertise...

I've always liked Adams for the way he built a squad whose core gave us many seasons of enjoyment which, for Albion fans, is rare. Sadly, this time around he isn't close to being the Micky Adams who managed us back then. I haven't booed him or called for his head for poor performances and results but it does look like his days are numbered...probably best that he takes White and Booker with him. Completely new management team is what is now needed.
