I understand that FAILED Albion manager Micky Adams has been offered a chance to manage The Saltdean Butlins Red Coats football team.Micky thanked them most kindly but turned the offer down on the grounds that he had recently ruined 3 other clubs and as The Red Coats would be talking over The Falmer Stadium when it is opened they needed to be playing league football by then.Adams also thaught that the offer of a 2 day contract was unfair as The Red Coats would have had enough of him after 3 hours

The Butlins in Saltdean ceased to exist about 8 - 10 years ago.

I miss swimming in the poo infested pool.

As a 13 year old I loved the ciggy machines in the corridors.

I miss opening the (unlocked) coach boots and drinking myself into oblivion on Saltdean beach on cheap bitter and crap northern crisps.

I miss snogging fat spotty northern girls who were down for the summer, just so I could grab a handful of booby.

Ahhhh those were the days.
