I'm not keen on this Bridges bloke, hopefully the rest of the line-up will be an improvement.

McIntyre was poor too.

Too much Jocko humour for my liking.

I presume when they show the version filmed in Brighton, we'll get the Hove Actually/Eastbourne Temporarily/Portslade Unfortunately joke. :)

Using a lot of the material he used in the komedia, as expected. Usually find him quite funny, but having heard the jokes its getting boring.

Komedia was great but the point of it was to try out material, Rhod Gilbert had me in fits of laughter absolutely brilliant.

Was he the Canadian? I really like him. I like one liners. The gag about the most famous man in his town living 'a stones throw' was good. His gag about not speaking french was subtle (or I'm slow), I only got it later.

Yeah, that's the guy.

Having only seen him in televised settings like that, I've enjoyed what I've heard.

However, if I were to go to a full show of his, I wonder if the one liners might get a little tiresome and lose their effect after an hour or so, so I'd be interested to know if he has other techniques up his sleeve.

Although i had seen alot of the material when i saw him at the Komedia, i still found it very amusing, plus i thought the Canadian and welsh blokes were hilarious :lolol:

"I've kicked you". I was literally CRYING with laughter when he was saying that, absolute genius. I usually hate the guy though to be fair, but his material about extreme paranoia hit home!

The one liner guy was genius aswell, absolutely brilliant.

My missus was finding it hard to breathe when Mark Watson was on.

Episode Two, and we're in Manchester with a Scouser on first.

Sniggered at the joke from McIntyre about Man City and Man United sounding like gay bars, mind.
