Not yet, but Mali recently and stupidly voted to leave the African Nations. As Timbuktu didn't want to be dragged into the economic abyss they, led by a fearsome and smart lady called Nicola Bambatta, sensibly had a second referendum and rejoined the AN as a separate nation.
