A few years ago I paid £10 to become an away member. I thought I was automatically transferred into White membership status when it was all revamped. I am now being told I am no longer a member as my white status ran out after 2 years and I had to renew. please could you clarify as I was unaware of any change. Thanks.

The change was advertised online, in the programme and in the local press at the time. For the Aston Villa game, existing white members will get priority, but if any remain after the gold, blue, YS and white sale period, these would be available via general sale in advance from the Albion ticket office.
