Unless someone else comes in for him in January I can't see why not. He may be class for us, but he probably still won't get a look in for Man Ure, so it will just be more experience for him.

Realistically.. what's the chances of us signing him?

I can't see him ever having a top level career as a centre back.. he's simply too short. I don't think it would take Man Utd too much persuading to let him go... but more significantly, would he be interested in us?

Sadly, he's going to be a bit too good for us. Looks like we'll get some great service out of him while he's here, but he is destined for bigger things than we can offer. I think he'll probably end up like another Sidwell - a higher ranking Championship club will probably snap him up once he's turned a few heads in our back 4.

Still, we've got him til the end of the year, minimum, so a few more performances to savour. The boy's got a big future in the game, so very well done to the club for securing his services for half the season. Quality addition to the side
