Sorry, i know it's old ground, but that McGhee thread amazes me. No fence. Who would you rather at the helm?

It is certainly a cold dish this.................I'd rather still have MM,but it isn't about to happen.I support the Albion as they are,and cherish what they have been.

So roll on that museum at Falmer, where ALL Albion employees will have their place.

Is it possible to think that both have done well for this club in difficult circumstances? I am quite happy with Wilkins and was also quite happy with McGhee until his position was made untenable by certain board members.

Quite happy with either but if only for the fact that a large number of the team are Wilkins youth team, I voted Wilkins. Given money and the backing of the board I'd choose McGhee. I just hope Wilkins goes on to achieve half of what McGhee did though and think he may, as long as he's not replaced by a BIG name once money is pumped in.

How does it amaze you? Is it because so many people don't see things the way you do?

Well at the moment 80 odd percent see things the way I do. However, I do agree with your previous post, both have done well for the club under difficult circumstances. It's just a shame that McGhee's reign deteriated in his last year with the club.
