What could anyone else do with the resources available ?
Guessing that someone can do it ? or leave it in the hands of someone who has proved he can do the job ? I know there are thousands of fans at Withdean on Saturday who could all do better on Championship manager but in real life it doesn't work like that. Go and watch the training sessions, as invited. See the effort that is put in. Try and work out that winning combination. T Try to understand what the manager is trying to achieve. It's all very well yelling for his head but why is Mark McGhee the scapegoat ? Someone please explain his failings ? How could you do it different ? Who could come in and change everything with a magic wand ?

I've tried hard to understand what Mcghee is trying to achieve but with 13 games to go why does'nt he still know who our best starting eleven are?
